Please note that this year, you are *applying* to be a Team Leader and are not guaranteed a spot by completing this form. We will reach out to let you know if we have a spot for you as a leader on Wednesday, May 15. If you don't get in initially, we may place you on the waitlist.

Due to our waitlist from last year, we are accepting rising 10th graders and above. Rising 9th graders will be placed if we have availability.
