2019 Community Bridges Career & Innovation Summit Family Registration Form
Join Community Bridges as we host our fourth annual Career and Innovation Summit! The theme for this year's summit is "Connect. Design. Empower: A Sustainable Community." This one-day event is taking place on Saturday, April 27th, 2019 from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Montgomery College Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus in Silver Spring, MD. All CB families are welcome to apply.

Throughout the course of the day, your daughter will have the chance to meet with innovators and career experts from a wide variety of advocacy fields and explore diverse career options that give back to the community. They will participate in interactive workshops and compete in a fun group challenge! They will also be able to connect with summer jobs and internships, sign up for student service learning opportunities, and meet with college recruiters.

Multiple parent workshops will be offered, covering a wide range of useful subjects. Possible workshops may include: alcohol abuse prevention in minors, first aid and CPR, understanding personal finances, and health insurance. Translation in Spanish will also be provided.

Community Bridges will provide bus transportation to and from the Career Summit at the following stops:
Bus 1 - Sears at White Oak Shopping Center (pick up at 9:00am, drop off at 4:45pm)
Bus 1 - Montgomery Blair High School (pick up 9:15am, drop off 4:30)
Bus 1 - JoAnn Leleck Elementary School (pick up 9:30am, drop off at 4:15pm)
