Family Lab June Registration
This is the registration form for Family Lab (previously called family forest school).This form must be completed and sent with the $110 fee to be registered for Free Haven's Family Lab. Classes are offered on Thursdays at Free Haven Forest School in Mokena, IL at 9am-11am or 12:30pm-2:30pm on 6/9, 6/16, 6/23 and 6/30. It will also meet Fridays at Free Haven Forest School in Mokena, IL at 9am-11am or 12:30pm-2:30pm on 6/10, 6/17, 6/24 and 7/1.

Free Haven will meet in all weather and only cancel class due to severe weather such as thunderstorms, tornados, or dangerous temperatures (polar vortex). If we cancel due to severe weather, a make-up day will be scheduled. No credit is given for illness, or absence. There can be no switching of days due to illness, absence, or holidays. *
Thank you for Registering! To complete registration and guarantee your spot, please pay via paypal button on your website. All credit card payments will be charged a 4.5% processing fee. We also accept digital payments without fees via Zelle which is used by most banking apps. Zelle payments can be sent to rachel@freehavenfs.com
