FHTA Gear Swap Table Registration
Please read through the following information carefully and complete the registration form below. After you complete the form, we will send an invoice which can be paid online via credit card. Note, we are a volunteer organization, so this may take a few days.Your table is not reserved until we receive full payment.
$5/table for FHTA members
$15/table for non-members (includes a 1 year membership)
- Table setup begins at 8:00 a.m., no earlier.
- Tag your items for sale with a price ahead of time.
- Gear swap goes ahead snow, rain or shine.
- There are no refunds on table rentals.
- Tables are approximately 8 ft. by 2 ft.
- All sales are person to person.
- Vendors are responsible to bring their own cash float and/or digital payment system.
- Vendors renting tables are responsible for their own gear and transactions – the FHTA assumes no liability.
Restrictions: No guns, knives, hatchets, or anything that could be construed as a weapon. No motors- human powered transport items only. No life-protecting/load-bearing technical rock climbing equipment (ropes, hardware, protection, helmets). No helmets. Think tents, jackets, pants, flashlights, stoves, sleeping pads, etc. Items should be in decent shape and clean. The FHTA reserves the right to review and refuse items for sale.
