Howell Varsity Pompon Tryout Form 24-25 Season
Thank you for your interest in trying out for the Howell High School Varsity Pom Team! If you are planning to try out, you will need to complete this form before tryouts (try to have it in by April 1st). Our tryouts this season will be on April 20th & 21st, both days from 12:00pm-3:00pm at Parker Middle School in the aux gym. 

In addition to filling out this from, you will need to bring a copy of your most recent grades to tryouts, read through our handbook with your parent(s)/guardian, bring a signed handbook signature page to tryouts, and have a current physical on file in the athletic office (must be the 2 page MHSAA physical form).

Our handbook, handbook signature page, and MHSAA physical form are all posted on the home page of our website (linked below). If you don't have a physical on file in the athletic office, you will need a physical dated on/after April 15th, 2024 turned in prior to tryouts. If you already have a physical on file in the athletic office dated on/after April 15th, 2023, just know if you make the team, you will need an updated physical dated on/after April 15th, 2024 turned in no later than August 1st, 2024. Please turn in physicals to the athletic office (located in the high school field house), we don't collect physicals.
