The driver will collect the filled bin and replace it with a clean bin every collection. The food waste quantity is recorded and the food waste is sent to O.Park1, Siu Ho Wan and turned into electricity and compost.

1. Membership fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

2. The fee may be reviewed and varied in the future. A prior notification about the fee adjustment will be sent 30 days in advance.

Please use compostable bags to contain the food waste. You can order some in Live Zero. Unlock the bin by pressing down the passcode and slide the bottom button. Lock the bin after you use.
