Golden Anchor Nomination Form

Nominate any teacher or staff for McKinley's Golden Anchor.  

Please fill out the form.  At the end of each month we draw 1 winner from all the nominees from that month.  

The winning teacher/staff will get the chance to park in the Golden Anchor Parking Spot and get their name on our front bulletin board!

All nominations will be shared with the nominee!  (Who doesn't love to read something nice about themselves :))
