Elementary General Music Teachers' Use of Learning Sequence Activities
Thank you for your willingness to participate in this survey! Your responses will provide valuable information regarding the implementation of Learning Sequence Activities (LSAs) in MLT-informed music instruction.

This survey is part of a research study on elementary general music teachers' use of LSAs, including teachers’ decisions whether to use LSAs and any adaptations they choose to make. You do NOT need to use LSAs in order to participate in this study. Anyone who fits the following criteria is eligible to participate:
  • Have taught elementary general music in an elementary school in the past 5 years; AND
  • Have completed an Elementary General Level 1 Professional Development Levels Course (previously known as "certification") through the Gordon Institute for Music Learning.
The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is strictly voluntary; you may choose not to participate at all or terminate your participation at any time without penalty. You may also refuse to answer certain questions and still participate in the survey. Responses are confidential, and this survey can only be taken once.
