FLAWN Event Submission

It’s impossible to keep track of every great art event across various social media platforms, especially when those platforms break our brains and/or are owned by undesirable billionaires. Our calendar aims to be a one-stop shop for arts and literary events state-wide, delivered monthly via our FLAWN regional Substack calendar newsletters.

Guidelines

Our primary aim is to highlight emerging artists; our calendar is intended to support events that do not have an established institutional backing.

Please be sure to follow these guidelines before submitting:

  • you join our community by subscribing to the FLAWN newsletter and your city's calendar newsletter
  • submit your event by the 15th of the month prior to your event
  • the event is held in the appropriate city for the calendar to which you're submitting
  • you are authorized to post information about the event
  • established venues with a robust calendar submit one event per month, so submit your best and most appropriate event for FLAWN's audience!

A good calendar is curated and inclusive but not cluttered; all submissions are subject to curation by the FLAWN collective. Consider FLAWN's audience when submitting.
