Four-State Music Festival Honor Choir Nomination Form
Thank you for recommending your finest singers for participation in the 2022 Northwest Missouri State University Four-State Honor Choir Music Festival. The date of the event is October 8, 2022. Our clinician this year is the wonderful Dr. Jeffrey Benson from San Jose State University. Each school will be able to nominate up to eight students. Please provide complete information for each nominee, including priority order of your vocalists ("1" being the most deserving to participate). Nominated students should have no conflicts on the day of the festival. Final selections will be based on the the following criteria: (1) level of successful participation at the regional and state level, (2) priority rating of the school director, (3) balance of voice parts. DEADLINE: September 8, 2022.

A non-refundable participation fee of $10.00 per student will be due as soon as possible after you have been notified of participants’ selection. Checks only, please.
