Nineovations Camp Registration 2024
Please fill out one form for each child that wants to attend the camp.  Please do not list more than one child on each registration form.  Space is extremely limited this year.  Once the registration deadline of May 5th has passed, check your provided email for an acceptance note with the payment tab and permission slips included.  Due to limited availability, students are expected to attend all four days of the camp, and especially the program showcase on Friday.  Students will be working as part of a team. It will take all team members for them to be successful and to have the most meaningful camp experience.

- Arrive no earlier than 7:50 a.m. & no later than 8:00 a.m. 
- Pick up is at 11:00 a.m. (except Friday.) Follow directions in acceptance letter for drop off/pick up location.  Parents should not enter the building until the last day of camp.

No exceptions to the dress code will be made.  

Dress Code: 
- Jeans without holes or tears.
- No stomachs or shoulders can be visible.  
- No t-shirts with alcohol or drug advertisements or foul language will be permitted. 
- No sandals will be allowed. Students must wear shoes with closed toes. 
(This is safety protocol. Depending on the camp activity tears or frays could be caught on equipment and exposed skin could be vulnerable to irritants.)

A parent showcase will be held on Friday, beginning at 11:00 AM.  All students are expected to stay and present their camp experience with their team.  We request that at least one member of the family attend the showcase.  Who from your family will attend the showcase presentation on Friday at 11:00 AM? List names of all who plan to attend. (Immediate family only please as space is limited.) *
Media Release
I understand that during Nineovations,  photos may be taken and used for future promotional purposes. 

Nineovations staff are authorized to take photographs or video recordings for promotional purposes within the scope of the camp program. Slides, photographs (including but not limited to digital, video and/or interview) of minors during the program can be used for advertising, promotion, publicity and any other lawful purpose by Central Nine Career Center for the purpose of illustration or publication in any form. 

Parents are required to consent to such photographing/filming and waive their right to inspect or approve the photographs or electronic matter and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs.
