THANK YOU for participating in our Customer Voted Embroidery limited stocking!  The limit for this stocking is ONE embroidered diaper.
After you have put in your order for your diaper, you must fill out this form by Sunday, February 27th at 11 pm CT!   IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT YOUR FORMS BY THE TIME WE ARE READY TO PRINT CUSTOM TICKETS, WE WILL DESIGN YOUR DIAPER FOR YOU!
Some bodies may be more limited.  If something runs out, we will pull it from the form and honor any over-sales of body requests in order of INVOICE NUMBER.  TAKE YOUR TIME FILLING OUT THE FORM AS ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE!  Thank you so much!

Embroidery disclaimer: Minor imperfections in embroidery stitching are very normal.  You may see some stitching fall outside of the border, slight gaps between border and stitching or stitches that are not completely smooth.  There may be some puckering around the embroidery where it doesn't lay flat. Breakage of the fabric is also to be expected to some extent.  It is impossible to avoid completely when embroidering stretchy laminated fabric.  To keep your embroideries looking nice and new, use FRAY CHECK at the borders where you see any little tears in the fabric (breakage) to prevent runs.  We try to pull out any with more noticeable flaws and issue discounts for 2nds, but even what passes as first quality may not always be perfect as it is just the nature of embroidery on PUL.

If we don't have enough of a certain size/color, they will be awarded in order of invoice/order number.  If we over-sell, you will be contacted.  If you scored an 'OFF THE MENU' grab bag, the body you'll receive will be a print that has been pulled from the form of available bodies due to being out or low (we find fun things when we clean our shelves!) Colors marked 'old generation' are not as durable/heavy as our new gen colors.  OG prints may have slight print inconsistencies. *
