2023 South Little League Home Run Derby & Community Street Fair - Vendor Agreement - Individual
Date of Event: March 25, 2023
Cost: $30 per tent space

***PLEASE NOTE that all submissions from 2/21/23 and forward are subject to a waitlist.  We will contact you if you there is an available spot***

All fees are non-refundable as they are considered a donation to South Little League.
No electricity or running water is available.
Event run time is 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Set up time: Vendors can begin setting up at 8:30am.  Break down is at 3:00pm.  No tables, tents or chairs will be provided. Vendor must bring all supplies.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the areas in the same condition it was found.

South Little League reserves the right to censor any vendor, and may ask a vendor to leave at any time.

South Little League will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the 2023 Home Run Derby & Community Street Fair at Krites Field.  Typing your full name below is considered a signature.  Once completed, you will receive an invoice via email as well as a map with your assigned location.  Maps will be sent out closer to the event.  The day of the event, there will be vendor directors to help you find your space.
