According to Aurora Public Schools polices, IKA and IKAR, the parent/guardian of a student enrolled in the district may request that his or her child be exempt from participating in one or more state assessments.

Filling out this form meets the requirements for our district and the Colorado Department of Education.

*This form must be completed each school year. Please contact your school for the submission deadline of this form. (Typically 3-4 weeks before testing begins)
