ZT Band Instrument Fitting Sign-Up Form 2024
Any 5th-11th grade students who are interested in joining band during the 2024-2025 school year should join us on Wednesday, May 8th during your lunch time to test out instruments and find out which one is the best fit for you. Just bring your lunch to the band room and you can eat before or after your fitting. You will have the opportunity to play a few different instruments and see how simple and fun it is to get started playing an instrument. Students typically start on Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Horn, Trombone, Baritone, or Percussion (bell set and drumpad). Please have an idea of which 3 instruments you would like to test so we can keeping the fittings moving. 

Please fill out the following form and submit before Monday, May 6th so we can add you to the list. 

HS Lunch: 10:15am-10:45am
5th-8th Grade Lunch: 10:50am-11:20am

All new members should plan to join us for the Beginning Band and New Member Parent Meeting on Wednesday, May 15th at 6:00pm in the ZT Cafeteria. We will discuss the Band program in general and discuss how to get started renting instruments through Music and Arts. 

You are also encouraged to attend our Spring Band Concert on Tuesday, May 7th at 7pm in the HS Gym. We will have performances by the 5th Grade Band, 6th Grade Band, 7th Grade Band, and 8th-12th Grade Band.
