The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is launching a recruitment platform, U-Links, which aims at connecting NGOs with our Students with passion in social services. This platform provides an opportunity to equip students with valuable preparation for their careers. Students can experience as a staff on what “Social Service” is, and different services for specific types of service users, and even learn how to work with different kinds of professionals in the service sector. It also provides NGOs with a new angle in recruiting potential personnel.
Standardized pay rates are set and agreed among all participating NGOs, an hourly rate of $80 would be offered to Higher Diploma in Nursing Studies, and an hourly rate of $120 for students studying Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Nursing Studies, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy.
