*Participants who arrive late may be subject to disqualification at the discretion of Event Organizer and Paradigm Mall PJ.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Successful participants will receive a confirmation via phone call or at the registered email address in the WCT Buddy app. Please present the email for verification upon arrival (if given). Name transfers are not permitted unless a justification email is sent to paradigmpj.anp@wctmalls.wct.my.

- Participants are required to register themselves at the registration counter at Main Atrium, Upper Ground level of Paradigm Mall PJ upon arrival.

- The organizer (Event Organizer & Paradigm Mall PJ) is not responsible for any accidents/injuries sustained during the Contest.

- Paradigm Mall PJ reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of participants for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice unless prohibited by law.

- Paradigm Mall PJ reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice and cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registration. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.

- Decisions made by judges and management team are final and appeals will not be considered.

- Winners are required to download WCT Buddy App and register as a WCT Buddy Member in order to receive the WCT Malls E-Voucher prize.

- Winners will receive a form after the prize-giving ceremony to submit their WCT Buddy Member ID and other personal details. This information is necessary for WCT Malls Management Sdn Bhd to credit the prizes to the winners' WCT Buddy App accounts.

- Prizes will be credited within 30 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

- Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

- WCT Malls Management Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS

a) By participating in the Contest, the participants grant Paradigm Mall PJ the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with Participant.

b) Paradigm Mall PJ reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious or invalid.

c) Paradigm Mall PJ reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

d) Paradigm Mall, PJ reserves all its rights under the law.

e) Paradigm Mall PJ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to participants. This Terms and Conditions are not intended to, nor does it create any contractual rights whatsoever of or any legal rights nor does it create any obligations on Paradigm Mall PJ in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.

a) The protection of personal data is an important concern to WCT Malls and any personal data collected on this form will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice of the https://wctbuddy.com.my/pdpa/  

b) Shoppers are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on https://wctbuddy.com.my/pdpa/ and agreed to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
