VENUE:
Lewis & Clark College / 0615 SW Palatine Hill Rd, Portland, OR 97219

LOADIN/SETUP:
Thursday July 4 12p-8:00p AND/OR Friday morning

VENDING HOURS: 
Fri 5th: Likely 5-7p 
Sat 6th: Likely 12pm-7pm 
(will take vendor's input before setting times)

TEARDOWN: 
Sat evening once vending hours are done AND/OR Sun 7th 10am-5pm

VENDING FEES:
Times have been tough. All vendor fees are pay-what-you-will, in cash or donation of goods. 

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, changing rooms, equipment, racks, mirrors, display cases, table-covers, and general display, which should be visually appealing and professional in appearance.

6' Tables and chairs are available upon request. We will have volunteers available to help with load in on Thursday July 4th, and we can provide help with load-out upon request.
Onsite lodging package available; $160 for a private air-conditioned room (shared bath) and three meals per day. FREE PARKING all weekend.
