The following application petitions RHS Administration for consideration of receiving an Honor Cord at the time of Graduation.  Submit only completed applications before deadline.  RHS Administration will submit approved forms to the Counselor’s Office.  You may apply to more than one department, however, an application is required for EACH INDIVIDUAL HONOR CORD .
