Herbarium Transcription Event RSVP
When: Thursday, September 14th 1:30pm-3:00pm EDT

What: During this event, we will be introducing how to transcribe lichen and bryophyte (moss, liverworts) specimens. Transcription is the process in which you take the information that has been written or typed on the herbarium specimens, and transfer it to an online database that can be accessed by others. You do not need previous transcription experience! This event will be a fun introduction to a vital process in the advancement of natural history collections.
