Since 2008, the Settlement & Integration Services program at Immigrant Women Services Ottawa (IWSO) has been assisting women and their families as they settle into their new life in Canada. IWSO strives to provide personalized information, guidance and support services that are designed to meet the diverse needs of immigrant and racialized women and their families, and to help them develop a sense of belonging. Our Settlement and Integration Services are open to newcomer women who are permanent residents, convention refugee and live-in caregivers.
IWSO is currently carrying out an evaluation of its Settlement and Integration Services. We invite anyone who knows about, works and collaborates with, or has feedback to share about our services to complete this short survey. Your answers will help us to measure  and understand the impact of our work and what we can do to offer the best services possible moving forward.
The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous (unless you volunteer to share your contact information at the end). The survey will be open until June 12, 2020.
