Thank you for your interest in coaching an MLQ team and/or practice squad. Please note the MLQ schedule will be made public in mid-January. In regards to MLQ Championship, the play for official MLQ teams will be on Saturday and Sunday. The play for practice squads will be on Sunday. Coaching roles will extend from time of hiring until Sept. 15, unless a coach is invited to continue within their role. You must primarily reside in the city for which you are applying during that time.
You will be notified via email if you will be moving to the interview stage.

This application includes certain free-response questions. The prompts are given below for anyone who would like to write responses before entering them in this form or take time for additional consideration.
- Outline the format of a standard practice that you would run.
- A player is frustrated because they have not received much playing time. They tell you that they want more playing time or else they will quit the team. How do you respond?
- Your team has just played a series. You lost every match with scores of 135-120, 165-90 and 155-30, giving you an 0-3 record. What do you tell your team immediately after these losses and how does this series affect your practice regimen?
- A: Your starting keeper is given a yellow card for shouting an expletive, but you didn't hear it. How do you react?
B: Despite your actions, your keeper proceeds to shout at the referee and is given a third yellow, expelling them from the game. How do you react at this moment and do you take any actions with your keeper following the match? - Describe how you would deal with dwindling practice attendance.
- A player indicates that they have been harassed by another member of the team but indicates they are worried talking about it could affect the team's performance. How do you immediately respond to the player?

- Some players have been with us since our league's inaugural season, while others will experience their first seasons this summer. With the differences in culture, thought process, age, and maturity between members on your team, how will you work to build a cohesive and welcome community on and off the pitch while maintaining age-appropriate interactions?
