COST: EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $85/CHILD (Before July 28)
Regular Rate after July 28 is $99.00
Zoom Camp is for all kids from Ages 5-12.

Kids will experience the love of God, spend time with friends, engage in activities, water games (weather permitting), and more.
Campers are to bring their lunch each day (just as they would for school) and we will provide snacks in the morning and afternoon.

Please note that this is a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE registration.
Registrations will not be complete until the fee's are paid.

You can send a cheque to our address (Zoom Camp, 530 Midland Ave, Scarborough, M1N 1T1) make sure we have the child(ren) name clearly marked with the payment.

You can call and arrange a cash drop-off if that is the easiest way for you (416-267-1189).

I the legal parent/guardian of this participant, do hereby grant permission of the child (named on this registration form) to participate fully in said activity and all the associated activities sponsored by Highway Gospel Church & Zoom Kids Ministry. I hereby forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Highway Gospel Church and the Directors thereof from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, as well as damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incured by the Parent/Guardian (so named above) or the particpant (camper named above) while said child is participating in the above described activity.
