Confirm President/Treasurer Eligibility

By completing this form, I confirm that the officers I am listing are eligible to be a President or Treasurer pursuant to CSU Executive Order 1068 based on the following:

1.Having a minimum 2.0 GPA SJSU GPA and Last Term (Fall or Spring GPA). Fraternity and Sorority Life Organizations must have a minimum 2.5 GPA SJSU GPA and Last Term (Fall or Spring GPA)
2. Being enrolled in at least 6 units if undergraduate or 3 units if graduate student.
3. NOT having more than 150 units already completed on SJSU transcript (this includes transfer units).
4. Being in good standing with the University.

For advisors, SJSU Student Involvement will confirm eligibility directly with the new staff/faculty identified.
