We understand that life circumstances change and you may need to make changes to your membership. Please fill out the following information. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of receipt. There are no refunds for partially used months, your membership will end on the last day of your billing cycle. You will be informed of your last day in your confirmation email.
Please note: Cancelling your membership will not guarantee that you will receive the same membership price if you would like to restart your membership at a later date. To guarantee the same monthly rate, you must put your membership on "Hold" for a set amount of time. Maximum length of hold is 4 months. Any longer than that, please choose "Cancel". If you return at a later date, you will be charged the current monthly rates for membership. Your membership will be reinstated on the date indicated.
