This form allows us to get to know you and your family better and help you pick the best puppy to fit your lifestyle. Adoption is not first come, first serve. We have the right to choose and refuse homes that we don’t feel are good fits for one of our puppies.

If you are selected as a potential family, you will be asked to sign and submit a holding fee agreement and fee to reserve a puppy. The non-refundable holding fee (cash, cashier's check, PayPal) is required after the birth of the pup. You are not guaranteed a puppy until your holding fee is received. This fee goes towards the care of the pups and mom and will be applied to the final purchase price.
