Lancer Exchange
Event Timing: April 27th, Collection at 1:30 pm and Swap at 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Event Address: First Floor Lounge in Upchurch

The Day of the Event: Item collection will be held the same day as the event, 4/27, at 1:30 pm in the first-floor Lounge in Upchurch. At 2:00 pm, individuals can return to the Lounge with their tickets from collection earlier that day to participate in the exchange. For those who can't come to the collection time slot, there will be ongoing collection during the event.

There will be donated/extra tickets for those not bringing items to the exchange, but it is first come first serve.

Rules for Collection

  • We will NOT collect:

    • Undergarments (Includes underwear, socks, bras, bathing suits, etc.)

    • Bedding (No pillows, sheets, etc.)

    • Longwood-owned furniture or appliances

    • Towels or blankets

    • Body and bathroom products (No toothbrushes, loofas, hand towels, etc.)

    • Stuffed animals

    • Food or drink items

    • Alcohol or alcohol paraphilia

    • Weapons

  • To be collected, the item must be:

    • Washed or cleaned (All appliances and furniture must be emptied prior)

    • Less than 50lbs and able to be carried

    • Gently used or in semi-good condition (Ex. no battered clothes with severe rips and tears)

  • We’re looking to collect:

    • Outerwear (Ex. shirts, hoodies/sweatshirts, jeans, shorts, etc.)

    • Dresswear

    • Small to medium appliances and furniture (Ex. microwaves, chairs, nightstands, alarm clocks, etc.)

    • Books (Textbooks, novels, etc)

    • Miscellaneous Items (Unused notebooks, paper, supplies, posters, etc.)

  • Item Value: *Subject to condition and quality*

    • Shirts - 1 to 3 Tickets

    • Sweatshirts/Hoodies - 2 to 4 Tickets

    • Jackets/Coats - 5 to 10 Tickets

    • Shorts - 3 Tickets

    • Jeans - 5 Tickets

    • Shoes - 5 Tickets

    • Boots - 7 Tickets

    • Dresswear - 5 to 10 Tickets

    • Small Appliances - 5 to 8 Tickets

    • Medium Appliances - 10 to 15 Tickets

    • Books - 3 to 10 Tickets

    • Miscellaneous Items - 1 to 3 Tickets
