Content Creator
We are looking for someone who is a pro at creating engaging and original content for social media. The role will include daily photography, videography, graphic design and elements of social media management.

A flexible, part-time role involving a minimum of 21 hours per week until end of January.

Tasks will include:

- Being part of the ideation and creation of engaging and impactful social media content
- Fashion photography including flat-lays of products (clothing and accessories) as well as working with and styling models
- Hands-on assistance on photoshoots as well as creating entertaining behind-the-scenes content for OutsideIn’s social media channels
- Regularly creating engaging stories for Instagram
- Organising, scheduling, managing and publishing of social media content across all of OutsideIn’s social media channels


Essential qualities:

- A proven ability to work with tight deadlines
- Access to your own photography and videography equipment
- A confident ability to multitask
- An ability to be resourceful and work with a wide range of budgets and circumstances
- Able to take direction as well as provide useful creative suggestions and solutions
- A basic understanding of video editing
- A highly enthusiastic learner, eager for a challenge

Non essential but preferable qualities:

- A strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro)
- Some knowledge around social media marketing and communication
- A thorough knowledge about the various social media channels and how differing content performs on each platform respectively
- Examples of multi-disciplinary work to show in support of your application
