Mekhi Clemons had a great high school basketball career at Perkiomen Valley High School. He led his team to a PAC 10 Championship his senior year. Mekhi then went on to have an illustrious career at Rosemont College, where he was named the All Conference team, after averaging 16 points per game his senior season while shooting a staggering 53% from the field. Mekhi then leveraged his successful college career into a semi-professional stint with the Red Rose Thunder. Mekhi was a selfless basketball player who always made his teammates better through his high basketball IQ and uncanny athleticism.
Mekhi served as a coach at Every Level Basketball for 5 years. His positive, caring nature was infectious amongst our campers and staff. They instantly looked up to Mekhi after watching his incredible athleticism and dazzling dunks! Mekhi always carved out time for our campers to have meaningful conversations that always extended past basketball. He served as a mentor for many of our campers and made a significant impact.
Mekhi's humility and kindness set him apart from his peers. He will remain a legacy in our hoops community.
