The Newtown Preschool Program is offered through Newtown Public Schools and serves children with special education needs, as well as typically developing children. The program is aligned with Connecticut's Early Learning Development Standards (ELDS). The following questionnaire will provide educators with information regarding your child's developmental skills. Please complete the questionnaire to the best of your ability.

Children turning five years of age by September 1, 2024 are kindergarten eligible and will not be considered for participation as Play Partners. Kindergarten eligible children will not remain enrolled as a student in the Newtown Preschool Program.
