Housing on the Mount Ida Campus for fall 2024 is available to all matriculated (current) undergraduate and graduate UMass Amherst students. Please note that room availability will be limited. Priority will be given to students in existing Mount Ida Campus cohorts, including Veterinary Technology.

Selecting a room on the Mount Ida Campus releases any assignment currently held on the UMass Amherst Campus.

Pricing:
Single Room:  $5,370.00/semester**
Shared Room: $4,077.00/semester**


Residents should expect their rooms to be equipped with a bed (mattress and frame), desk and chair, and a trash bin. Students must supply their own linens. No pets (including birds, rodents, or insects) are allowed in residence hall rooms. Residents are expected to conduct themselves according to university policies outlined in the Code of Student Conduct and the UMass Agreement.

Students will have access to the Dining Commons, Fitness Center, Wadsworth Library, and Mount Ida Health and Counseling Clinic on campus.
