Central Park School for Children gratefully acknowledges your in-kind gifts!  Please use this form to document any items you have donated to the school.  This helps us know what has been contributed each year and provides documentation necessary for you to report your donations on your federal income tax return.

In Kind refers to donations of goods instead of cash. Central Park School for Children Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit and all donations to the school are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.  Please note donated services are not tax deductible. Federal tax laws impose certain reporting obligations for charitable contributions of property other than cash. IRS Form 8283 and its instructions can assist you with your reporting obligations.
