Join Miss Rachel after school on January 5th starting at 3:30pm and running till 4:30 at the Altoona Area Public Library to create a paracord bracelet. This event will take place on the 2nd floor of the library in Suite 2B. The event is free and any teens who are signed up will have their materials reserved with a choice to pick their colors first. The rest will be on a first come first serve basis.  Ages 13-17.
