2021-2022 Kindergarten Enrollment Information Form

Are you interested in having your child attend the Clarenceville School District? Please help us prepare for fall enrollment by completing the form below.

If you have a child who will be 5 years old by September 1, 2021, he/she is eligible for school in September. If your child will be 5 years old by December 1, 2021, they could be eligible with a signed waiver.

If you have a friend or neighbor who has a child in this age range who is interested in attending the Clarenceville School District, please share this information with them.
