Scarecrow Display Contest - GROUP ENTRY  
Use this form to enter a GROUP scarecrow display. Groups must also send a photo to events@perkasieborough.org

Registration forms and photographs due by October 15th. Group displays will be included in Perkasie's "Scarecrow Tour". Please leave display in place through October 31st. Winners announced November 2nd.

*  Groups must nominate a non-profit organization as the recipient of the prize donation.
*  Nominated non-profit must be located in 18944 or demonstrate significant benefit to 18944 residents, organizations or businesses. If necessary, please email additional information to events@perkasieborough.org
