One Elite Season 12 Clinics/Evals

Thank you so much for your interest in One Elite All Stars! We are so excited to get this next season underway. We offer a variety of skill levels over different age groups so as long as your child is ready to work hard and have fun, we will find the perfect fit for them!

We are asking that if you will be trying out to pre-register using this form. Also, once we have your contact information, we can send you our Informational packet for the new season and keep you up to date on everything going on as we get ready for tryouts. The packet will be ready to send out by 4/5.

EVALUATION/TRYOUT dates will be as follows (based on age you are by 12/31/24), so if you are currently 7 but turning 8 by end of year then you come to the 8 to 11 yr old tryouts:

AGES 5 TO 7 YRS OLD - BIRTH YEAR 2017-2019 (You can be 4YRS old at time of tryout, but must be 5 YRS old by Dec 31st)

AGES 8 TO 11 YRS OLD- BIRTH YEARS 2013 TO 2016

TUES., MAY 14TH: 6:30-8:00 PM - EVAL CLINIC

WED., MAY 15TH: 6:00-7:30 PM - EVAL CLINIC

THURS., MAY 16TH: 6:00-7:30 PM - EVAL CLINIC

MON., MAY 20TH: 6:30-8:00 PM - EVAL CLINIC

TUES., MAY 21ST: 6:00-7:30 PM - EVAL CLINIC

IF ANYONE HAS ANY CONFLICTS WITH ATTENDING THE MIN DAYS REQUIRED DUE TO END OF YEAR SCHOOL FUNCTIONS HAPPENING, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AND LET US KNOW.

Tryouts are drop off and pickup. No viewing from inside OR OUTSIDE windows. We do not want any athlete feeling uncomfortable, so please do not look in windows. Please arrive 15 min early for check-in for we do get a line on the first day of each age group.

Age is based on the age you will be by Dec. 31, 2024, so if you are currently 7 but turning 8 by end of the year then you pay the tryout fee for 8 years olds and come to the 8 to 11yr old tryouts:

CLINIC & EVAL FEES
AGES 5 TO 7 YRS OLD - $30 (You can be 4yrs old at tryouts, but must be 5yrs old by Dec 31st. If you are 7 at tryout time, but turning 8 by Dec 2024 then you pay the 8 year old fee not this fee)

AGES 8 TO 18 YRS OLD
 - $90 EARLY REGISTRATION BY  5/1
  - $110 AFTER  5/1

PAYMENT
Once you have registered for tryouts, we prefer this tryout fee be prepaid at least 48hrs before time using Zelle or Venmo to speed up the process on tryout day. If unable to pay with either of these methods, then please bring exact CASH ONLY on day of tryout. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR TRYOUT FEES.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING TEAM PLACEMENTS
TEAM PLACEMENTS BY ATHLETE NUMBER WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON OUR WEBSITE BY TUESDAY, MAY 28TH, 2024. Emails will also be sent with same info.  Practice Days and times will be announced in this email.

ANY ATHLETE CAN BE MOVED FROM ONE TEAM TO ANOTHER ANY TIME UNTIL CHOREOGRAPHY IS COMPLETE. SOMETIMES CHOREOGRAPHY DICTATES WHAT TEAM AN ATHLETE SHOULD TRULY BE ON. 

WE USUALLY HAVE A ZOOM PARENT MEETING AFTER TRYOUTS BUT BEFORE REGISTRATION, IT WILL PROBABLY BE THE EVENING OF MAY  29TH. WE WILL ADVISE EXACT DAY AND TIME IN THE TEAM PLACEMENT EMAIL. ZOOM LINK WILL BE SENT TO ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY ATTENDED TRYOUTS.

SEASON REGISTRATION (COME EITHER DAY, MAY 30TH OR MAY 31ST FROM 5:30-7:30):

AFTER TRYOUTS, ATHLETES WILL REGISTER ON MAY 30 OR MAY 31ST TO JOIN OUR CHEER PROGRAM. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW THE FULL PACKET AND REQUIREMENTS BEFORE COMMITING TO REGISTER FOR THE SEASON.

PRACTICES WILL BEGIN WEEK OF JUNE 10TH FOR ALL TEAMS.  

PLEASE KEEP YOUR SCHEDULES OPEN JULY 27 THRU AUG 4TH FOR MANDATORY CHOREOGRAPHY for YOUTH/JUNIOR/SENIOR ELITE TEAMS. THESE TEAMS WOULD HAVE MANDATORY CHOREOGRAPHY FOR 2 DAYS WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD (JULY 27 THRU AUG 4TH). 
WE WILL ANNOUNCE EACH TEAM'S CHOREO DAYS AFTER FINAL REGISTRATION IS DONE. PROBABLY AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICES.
TINY/MINI/PREP TEAM CHOREO DATES WILL BE ANNOUNCED ALSO.  USUALLY, THEY ARE WEEKENDS IN AUG AND SEPT.

Tryout Apparel/Appearance
One Elite T-shirt if you have one.
(if not any cheer t-shirt or Black/Blue/White t-shirt)
Sports Bra under t-shirt a must
Shorts and Bloomers OR Spanks (Nike Pros etc.)
Cheer Shoes (Sneakers if you do not have cheer shoes yet)
Hair up in high ponytail (bow if you wish)    
BOTTLED Water to drink -Please put athlete’s name on water bottle.

All athletes MUST have a signed release form with them when they arrive for tryouts (new and returning members). Do not email it to us. Bring it with you. PLEASE PRINT BELOW RELEASE WAIVER. If unable to print from this form, then we will send to you by email also once you fill out this registration form and you can print from there.
