TPMS  Earth Day Thrift Parent Participation Form 
Thank you for your interest in supporting our TPMS community and the Inaugural Earth Day Thrift Market on April 22nd from 10 am - 2 pm. We will need lots of volunteer support to help make this event a success!  Please use this form to share some information and indicate how you are able to help.  Students interested in volunteering can fill out a form here.  Email Jamie Iwugo at tpmsevents@gmail.com with any questions! 

Vendors and students interested in renting a booth to sell their own wares, can also rent space to sell at the fair.  Interested vendors can fill out our vendor application form here.  Students can fill out a form here.

I would like to bake for the Bake Sale. Baked items may be delivered to the school on Friday, April 21 from 9am-12pm or Saturday, April 22nd from 8am - 10am. I want to be a neighborhood collections captain! 
In this role you will advertise the event in your community, act as a collections point for your neighbors, family and friends, sort the items you receive, and deliver the items to the school. (If you are unable to do any of these we will help connect you people who can assist. i.e. - if you cannot deliver items we will arrange for pickup!) This is a great way for students (and their friends) to earn SSL hours!  Anyone volunteering will get a followup email with more details.

This can be anything! Larger (more expensive) items, art (Are you an artist?) or, if you are an avid indoor or outdoor gardener, perhaps you can donate plants that you propagate! Let us know what you would like to donate!

Volunteering on this day will include: accepting items from community members, evaluating donations (before accepting items), and sorting items for storage before the fair.  If you are interested, please select a shift you are available.

This will be our big set-up day!  There is no school Friday and we will be working to finish any sorting, set up the gym into "stations," organize vendor booth locations, etc.  If you are interested, please indicate below the shifts you are available.

Do you have a car/van/truck and like to load boxes/items to deliver?  We have the job for you!  If interested, we can connect you with others who are collecting so you can help us get items to TPMS for the sale.  If you can do this, let us know if you are available to help at any of the following times for pickup/delivery:

On the day of the event, we will need lots of volunteers to help make the fair go, including selling at the bake sale table, managing and sorting items at the rummage sale, making sales, supporting vendors, helping at craft tables, etc.  This will be on all hands on deck day!
