After completing this form and the preregistration form, Ms. Schenski, our registrar, will contact you about completing the first phase of the registration process remotely.
 
Once the state has issued guidance to schools that allow us to move forward with having students come in for their kindergarten assessment, you will receive information from Millbridge about the next steps in the registration process, which will include the submission of original copies of documentation (birth certificate, physical & immunization records, residency documentation) and completion of various paperwork.
