Behavior Policy: Please check "YES" below to confirm your understanding and agreement to YBC's "Behavior Policy":a. Students are expected, regardless of age/grade, to pay attention in class, have a good attitude, show good sportsmanship during games, follow directions and be respectful to others.
b. If there is a behavior issue such as blatant disregard for teacher and/or other students, throwing chess pieces, etc., the student may be asked to take a time out. In this case, the parent may be called by phone--in order to bring attention to the issue going on in class.
c. If, after we have spoken with you, this behavior continues, we will politely ask you to remove your child from the class (as this is unfair to other students who are diligently attending class, focusing and attempting to grow in this skill area). No refunds will be given.
d. If a parent chooses, on their own, to remove their child from the class per the situations above, no refunds will be given.
e. Please consider whether your child will be able to pay attention and/or behave in class before signing up. We work alongside all parents for the benefit of your child, so feel free to call Dr. B if you have questions: 240-687-7655
