This is the official form to register as a candidate to be President of the Empire of Barbettia. As President, your duty is clearly defined under Article 11 of the Constitution, "They shall serve as a tiebreak and mediator between the Diarchs. If the Diarchs are at a disagreement, the President must either side completely with one Diarch or propose an alternative that both Diarchs agree with. The President must make their decisions based on the interests of the citizens of Barbettia and the Constitution." You must register before the election begins. If you submit your registration during or after an election, that registration will count for the election the next year.
