Tea Rose Educational Foundation
Annie Marie Ford Leadership Scholarship was established in honor of Ms. Ford, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Tau Gamma Omega Chapter.  Ms. Ford is known for her tireless work ethic and her ability to network with others. She is a true leader committed to encouraging participation and identifying talents and skills in others.
 
Scholarship Requirements:

- Current College/University Undergraduate student (MUST have completed minimum 12 college credit hours)
- Held a leadership position within the last year (church, school, community, civil organization, etc.)
- GPA of 2.75 or above
- Official College Transcript (Provide via email: scholarship@tearosefoundation.org) Transcript MUST be sent by a school official, advisor, or administrator to be deemed "official."
- Provide 3 Signed Letters of Recommendation (Provide via email: scholarship@tearosefoundation.org)
- 250 min / 500 max word essay: “In your opinion, what are the qualities of an EFFECTIVE leader and how have you demonstrated these qualities?”
- Permanent address MUST be within Cook County (ILLINOIS)
