Booking for Wednesday Family Communion on 16th December 2020
We are holding spoken services of Holy Communion at 9.30am on all Wednesdays in January 2021.

Because of COVID-19 we need to limit numbers and follow social distancing requirements.

Households can sit together but must be at least 2m from other worshippers and will be directed to their seats by sidespeople. Entry to church will be through the South Door (near the hall - please follow the signs). One church hall toilet will be available for use and the sidespeople will ensure this is cleaned after each use.

All worshippers (except children under the exempted age) will need to wear a face covering to church, and the service will be spoken rather than sung, though we will try to make it family friendly. Parents are asked to remain with their children within their allocated pew throughout the service.

The Rector will consecrate bread and wine wearing a face covering and will distribute bread in accordance with strict hand sanitisation guidelines set out by the Church of England.

If you wish to join in the worship you will need to book using the form below. Please give your name and a contact telephone number which would only be used in the event of a confirmed COVID case if "track and trace" was needed. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis - you will be notified if we cannot accomodate you.

Alternatively you can book by contacting the Rector directly on 0121 7302801.

If you arrive at church without booking, you will be asked to wait and only admitted to worship if there is space for you. It is possible you could be turned away.

Service attendance will be required from 9th December for families wishing to meet the church attendance criteria for St Mary and St Margaret primary school. Please be mindful of other families and other congregation members also when attendance is limited, and choose to attend with your children either on Wednesday or Sunday if spaces are limited.

The currently capacity of the church is up to 38 individuals. Households will be able to sit in a pew and individuals at either end of a pew.

Children must be old enough to understand that they must stay within a pew with their parents throughout the service to be admitted to church. If you have young children, or have health considerations please consider whether you feel safe to attend. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, please stay away.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time and I hope as we begin worshipping together again it will bring you a sense of comfort. If you are unable to attend, recordings of the Wednesday sermons are online, and we are thinking of you.

God bless,
Rev Mark
