Thank for you interest in trading at Another Fine Fest 2022, please note by submitting your application, you therefore agree to all the T&C's for our event, which can be found at the end of this form.
Please read the following carefully and ensure you send all the requested documents.
To be considered for trading at this years event, you must send all the following required documents via email to
anotherfinetrader@gmail.com when submitting this application form.
Please ensure you state the name of your stall in your email.
Applications submitted without the required documents can not be considered.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS - all must be up to / within date for the festival
FOOD TRADERS
Public Liability Insurance
Proof of trading registration with a local authority
Food Hygiene Rating Certificate
Risk Assessment
PAT and/ or Gas Safe certification for all equipment
Food Hygiene Certificates
Full Menu and price list
*NATASHA’S LAW - All PPDS products will need to be clearly labelled with the name of the food and a full list of all ingredients. Any named allergens (from the 14 named allergens list) must be highlighted within the ingredients list.
NON FOOD TRADERS

PAT and/ or Gas Safe certification for all equipment (where applicable)
Please send copies of the above with your application and bring with you on the day.
*Officers will carry out spot checks to maintain awareness to check compliance.
Check that food stalls have suitable hand washing facilities, that food is protected and safe water supplies are provided.
Pitch Prices
Please note this payment is due within 14 days of us notifying you that your application has been successful. Pitches offered will only be confirmed through payment. Late payments will result in the applicant loosing their pitch.
