We are a registered not-for-profit organisation and event, set up solely to benefit the farm, the land, the people and each other.

We believe in autonomy, the power of community, and the importance of people working together for a shared purpose.

You will find more information about the roles we have available below. To register your interest, please complete this form as fully as possible and one of the team will be in touch shortly.

We will try to get you placed in a the role you have expressed interest in, however, as places are getting snapped up quickly, it is a good idea to identify several positions you'd be happy to do to ensure you end up in the right team.

Please note, as volunteer places are quite limited this year, we cannot guarantee that you will get a place. We would however love to see you at the festival, so if your application is unsuccessful, please consider buying a ticket before the sell out ⭐

Volunteer Roles Available

Below are the roles we currently need filling - whether the role is pre/ during or post festival and a brief job description of the role.

Each role will earn you entry to the festival, and some food and drinks vouchers, on completion of your shifts. Please note, you will be liable to pay for your ticket should you fail to turn up to your committed shifts.

Feel free to option several of these roles as spaces are limited for each role.

PRE EVENT ROLES

CAMPSITE STEWARD - Encouraging people to camp closely so that we can get everyone in. Especially large bell tent owners and camp makers :) Protecting the local biodiversity by ensuring no one camps in protected areas. Being a general info point for new arrivals.

DURING THE FESTIVAL

SITE STEWARD - Stewards of the festival site - our festival ambassadors! Point of information, litter picking, composting toilet maintenace.

RECYCLING DISCO TECHNICIAN - Stewarding of Recycling Disco; Inducting Attendees to the Disco's Sorting Systems; Guiding and Supporting Attendees to observe the Sorting Systems; Handing Over to other Disco Technicians on Shift Change; Housekeeping in the Disco, keeping walkways clear; Monitoring material sack levels, changing for empty sacks when full; Housekeeping in the Disco, keeping walkways clear; Monitoring material sack levels, changing for empty sacks when full; Monitoring material sack levels, changing for empty sacks when full; Collecting Bins from the Farm and bringing them to Disco; Litter picking around the Farm

PARKING STEWARD - Supporting the Parking Team Managers in directing and parking cars/vans safely. Helping people cross the road between the parking field and the event. Managing the vehicles coming in and out of site. Checking parking passes and collecting parking fee.

BAR TENDER - We're looking to augment our team providing libations at the Main Courtyard Bar, and the Travelling Barn, so If you've got bar experience (prerequisite) and a bubbly personality then come and join the RGB crew for 2 x 8 hour shifts on one of the Fire in the Mountain main bars. Hard work but lots of fun!

POST FESTIVAL

WASTE & RECYCLING CLEAN UP CREW - Collection of Bins and Bagged Waste from around the farm. Sorting and Separation of remaining mixed recycling. Break-down and Pack-down of Recycling-Disco
