OAAA Space and Equipment Reservation

Thank you for inquiring about spaces and equipment the Office of African-American Affairs has to offer for reservation. Spaces and equipment will be available on a first come, first serve basis. All request should be submitted two weeks in advance.

Reservation Guidelines

You can reserve spaces for Monday-Thursday, after 5:00 pm only. Friday-Sunday (will require special approval)
No outside vendor can set-up on OAAA Front Lawn without prior approval from Ms. Comfort, Office Manager.
Equipment (tables and chairs) can not be used/taken to another location.
Only games can be reserved to use at another location.
Your student id must be scanned at OAAA's front desk in order to confirm a reservation and to receive any equipment.
Each group must have all participants at the event scanned in with their student id.

You are responsible for arranging with Ms. Carter or Ms. Comfort to gain access to DuBois or LPJ. If those spaces are used, you are responsible for making sure the building is locked before leaving.

At the end of any event:

1) all trash must be removed from the space and disposed of in the dumpster;

2) all equipment and games need to be put back in their rightful space.

Failure to comply can result in forfeiting the CIO/Organization/Group's privileges to use any of the OAAA spaces for future events.
