2022 St. Therese Ski Club Registration
Welcome to St. Therese School Ski & Snowboard Club! We are excited to offer students in 3rd thru 8th-grade the opportunity to ski at Hyland Ski Hills again this year. PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH STUDENT.

DETAILS:
• Grades eligible:  3rd-8th Grade
• Dates: Jan. 14, Jan. 21, Jan. 28, Feb. 4, Feb. 11. (A back up date of Feb. 25)
• Time: Approx. 2:30 - 8 PM
• Chaperones: Each form requires an adult to select one chaperone shift. Additional shifts are optional.
• Payment: All checks/payment must be received by Monday, Jan. 10, 2022.

Ski & Snowboard Package Selection
Based on the number of trips you selected above, please choose your ski package. If you are attending five trips, please select from the dropdown "Attending all FIVE ski dates". Students are required to pay a $80 registration and program fee regardless of the number of trips they attend. This is already built into the cost that is shown. Helmets are available at the hill for an additional $8 per trip; please bring cash if a helmet is needed.  **NO REFUNDS DUE TO UP FRONT COSTS**
