PAYMENT
Payment will be handled in 2 phases:

1) Phase one, to secure the teams spot here will be a $200 deposit.  This will be refunded after the Play Day.

2) Phase two, players will pay the PLAY DAY FEE to the FACILITY individually $30 for 2 games.  This is to ensure the program receives their refund.  

3) Team Payments will be refunded as long as your Team of AT LEAST 11 makes.  

4) There will be a one time, $20 Player Card / Waiver Fee which covers players with additional insurance up to $5,000 for an entire year.  

5) Once your survey is received Blue Sky will follow up regarding Official Registration and Payment
TEAM COMPOSITION
Teams should consist of 1 Goalie and AT LEAST 10 RUNNERS.  13 to 16 Runners is the sweet spot, up to 18 works.
