I understand that I must register and pay online before a spot will be reserved for my child. *

I understand that space is limited to 30 students and that I will get a confirmation email when I have reserved a spot for my child by paying and completing this registration. *

I understand that my child must complete the program within 2 years of starting and before he/she finishes high school. *

I understand that a 1 subject notebook dedicated only to Driver Education and a black pen are needed each day for class. *

I understand that my child must get an 80% or higher on the final exam in the classroom session in order to move on to the driving portion of the program. *

I understand that any missed classes will have to be made up the next time that same class session runs at a future Driver Ed class, no exceptions and no additional cost. *

I understand that any class missed to unforeseen circumstances(snow day, power outage, etc.) will take place the next available week day. *

I understand that a parent/guardian must attend the 2 hour parent class from 6-8 pm on the first Thursday of the session week unless a certificate of completion in the last 5 years is provided. *

I understand that the RMV requires 40 hours of supervised driving with my child by someone who is 21 years old or older with 1 year of driving experience before he or she can take a road test at the RMV to get his/her license and I may need to provide proof of completion. *

I understand that my child needs to complete 12 hours driving and 6 hours observing with a Shepherd Hill instructor before a RMV certificate can be issued and a road test can be scheduled. *

I understand that I have to pay the RMV fees for the road test and license on the RMV website after my road test is scheduled. *

I understand that my child fails the first Road Test that is included in the program fee, I will have to pay Shepherd Hill $75 for any additional Road Test that I want my child to take using the Shepherd Hill service. *

I understand that if I am the legal guardian and not the biological parent of the child, I need the official legal paperwork with raised seal and signature .  This documentation must be presented at the Registry on the day of the Road Test. *
