Join us for a thrilling 16-week performance-based project where YOU take the lead! Happy Stage is all about using the power of drama, dance, and song to delve into essential mental health topics, with a focus on peer-to-peer learning, guidance from professional arts facilitators, and insights from health professionals.

Workshops will take place weekly on a Wednesday and Saturday

Please include details of any medical condition that your child has and state medication that child has been prescribed. If your child requires a 1:1 learning support assistant to access the activities and if you have personal support staff (copy of access will be needed)

Does your child carry any medication to classes - please note that Millennium Forum staff are NOT trained to administer medication and a parent may need to remain outside class. (inhaler, epi pen,  include all details):  

I give consent for my son / daughter to be taken to hospital in the case of an emergency and to receive any medical treatment as is necessary under the guidance of professional medical staff.

Consent for photos and videos of my son / daughter to be taken whilst attending this activity.  (Photos and video will be used to capture, record and for publicity or session coverage over our Millennium Forum Theatre Social media pages.
