How should the funds be used to support salaries over the next three years? (The district anticipates salaries to support the expansion of our work with ENL students and families, additional support for our classified students, curricular planning time, professional development, after school programming to address learning loss, and summer recovery and enrichment programs. Support staff salaries will cover the increased demands on our custodial, technology, and clerical staff. These services include the need for enhanced cleaning, technology availability, and contact tracing. The district plan includes additional monitors and/or additional Teaching Assistants in each building to help support instructional needs. An additional school nurse has been hired to support increased demands.
